Exhibitor booking
Tell us about your stall before payment.
Standard 3m × 3m stalls are £100. Submit your details first; standard bookings can then continue securely to SumUp. Larger-space requests are reviewed before payment.

Free wellbeing checks
Free health and wellbeing checks are planned, including blood pressure, BMI, weight and general health advice.
Exhibitor information
Standard stalls are £100 for a 3m × 3m space. Exhibitors should bring their own gazebo, tables and chairs. Larger spaces may be available at an additional agreed cost.
Parking
The closest council pay-and-display option is Hales Meadow Car Park, OX14 3NN, next to the cricket grounds. Rye Farm Car Park, Culham Road, OX14 3NN is another nearby option.
